The World of Norrath utilizes a simple money system. The various units from decreasing to increasing value are: copper, silver, gold, and platinum. Each increasing unit is worth 100 units of the lesser unit. This increase equates to

1 platinum ---> 100 gold ---> 10000 silver ---> 1000000 copper

Platinum is the lightest of the coin and copper is the heaviest.
